Following his academic retirement and move to Vancouver, Canada, AJW and his grandsons Jan Kindler and Antoni Kindler created AJW Design Studio™. This creative design company showcases and makes available for acquisition AJW’s works, including certified editions of some of his most iconic art and design works.

Jan Kindler is a lifelong admirer of AJW and his works. Jan is the Chief Operations Officer and Legal Counsel at Brikers, a leading remanufacturer of heavy construction equipment components in Western Canada. During weekends, he studies under AJW as an apprentice, assisting AJW with the production and finishing of AJW’s Natural Luminance Light Sculptures. Jan’s younger brother, Antoni Kindler, is also a huge fan of AJW and spends his weekends alongside Jan to support AJW’s creative pursuits. Antoni is the Chief Operations Officer at 11 Crossings Ventures Inc., and is an Olympic athlete, most recently representing Canada at the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games in the sport of field hockey.

2021 – a slightly more mature AJW Design Studio Executive Team (Jan, AJW, Antoni) developing the first prototypes of the Natural Luminance Collection.
